About Me

Every career begins with a small step, and mine started as a Customer Service Associate. I learned how to listen, how to guide, and how to solve problems. It was here that I understood the value of patience and the power of a smile in building trust.

Soon, I moved into education as an Admission Coordinator. Walking parents through school tours, explaining programs, and answering their questions showed me something important — I am a people’s person. I connect best when I’m helping others make decisions that matter.

Hospitality naturally became the next step. As a Hostess and Social Media Coordinator, I learned how to create warm first impressions and how digital storytelling can make a café feel alive online. It gave me the balance of front-of-house warmth and behind-the-scenes creativity.

Then came one of the most defining chapters of my journey — Emaar in Dubai. I joined as Personal Assistant to the GM and F&B Coordinator, where the pace was fast and expectations were high. I managed the GM’s calendar, worked on F&B operations, and collaborated with the marketing team on menu design and website promotions. Being part of luxury events and the Burj Khalifa New Year Fireworks taught me what it truly means to deliver experiences that go beyond service — they become memories.

Today, as I pursue my MBA in Marketing, I bring together all these experiences — guest relations, food and beverage expertise, administration, and digital marketing — to create meaningful impact in the hospitality industry. My story is still unfolding, and each role has been a stepping stone towards one vision: elevating service standards and delivering seamless luxury experiences.
